The 175th anniversary of Bertha von Suttner was celebrated in the Peace Palace and other locations in The Hague from June 7-10. Nineteen international Bertha von Suttner experts came to a symposium at a Peace Palace library lecture. Keynote speakers were Marzhan Nurzhan from Kazakhstan, Dr. Heinz Fischer the former president of Austria and Dr. Peter van den Dungen. The following link shows you highlights from the event.
